Communication on sanitary measures

Dear customers,
We have been facing for several weeks an unprecedented serious health crisis and, as you can imagine, this has a significant impact on national tourism, as well as on the consumption habits of the entire French and international population.
Satisfying our customers has always been our primary objective. In this sense, we would like to inform you that we are putting everything in place to reassure you, both to this day with the many telephone exchanges that we have had with you for several weeks, and in the future, during your stay in our establishment.
So, even if some of the points below were already carried out in previous seasons, we would like to inform you of the measures that will be taken this season within our campsite:

- The common toilets will, throughout the opening period of our establishment, be completely cleaned and disinfected twice a day;

- The rentals will be washed and disinfected after each end of stay;

- All of our bedding and linens will be cleaned with disinfectant detergent and at high temperature;

- The bar and restaurant will be fitted out to comply with "barrier measures" and the authorities' recommendations in terms of "social distancing". The catering team will scrupulously respect these measures;

- We will offer, from the opening of our establishment, the sale of takeaway meals, so that you can enjoy a catering service during your stay, even if you do not want to stay in our restaurant for the meal time;

- We have expanded our grocery store to offer you more products related to hygiene (sale of hydroalcoholic gels in particular) and food, so that you can, if you wish, limit your trips related to the purchase of products essential during your stay;

- Our aquatic area will be open as soon as the legislation authorizes us to do so, but as long as health risks are present, we will limit the number of people within this area.

All these measures are obviously capable of being adjusted and supplemented according to the obligations and/or recommendations that will be issued by the authorities in the coming weeks.
We are all experiencing this crisis in our lives, in our families, and in our professional environment. We are particularly aware of this. We also know that some of you are facing human tragedies, and we would like to bring you our warm and united thoughts.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones, and keep your spirits up. This is essential for staying healthy, both physically and mentally.
We remain of course available to answer each of your questions by phone or email.
We wish you all a good day,
The entire PADIMADOUR Campsite team
Patricia, Lesly, Jean-Louis, Guillaume and Sylvain
